What makes this garden one of the most prominent Iranian gardens is its high windbreaker, which is known as the tallest windbreak in the world with more than 33.8 meters. Another feature of this windbreak is its octagonal shape, which causes the wind to blow in any direction and is easily and quickly directed to the lower part. On the other hand, under this windbreak, there is a pond so that by blowing the wind to the surface of the pond water, it creates cool air inside the building. In this building, by combining wind and water that flows in the ponds inside the building, cool air is transferred from under the windbreak to the royal part and the halls. For this reason, this building is also called the summer building.
