Bushehr

Bushehr , the city of oil & gas resources, especially nuclear power plants. Bushehr province with an area of about 27,653 square kilometers is located in southwestern Iran. It is the 17th largest province in the country with around 1,163,400 population.

it stretching on the Persian Gulf coastline, is divided in to steppes and mountainous regions.
The climate of the province is hot and dry and in the coastal areas it is hot and humid.
Huge oil resources, especially gas and nuclear power plants, are located in this province, which is why it is called the energy capital of Iran.

Nature of Bushehr

1-The beach
In addition to being beautiful and having spectacular views, due to its sandy beach area this beach also allows visitors to swim. The beach park has various amenities and recreational facilities, including boating, and has a unique view of the azure waters of the Persian Gulf.



2- Dashti salt Dom
This Dome is also known as Kooh-Namak (mountain of salt) is among the most beautiful and typical of Iran salt domes maybe one of the most beautiful in the world. This salt dome is between Dayyer county and Dashti county in Bushehr province and has several eye-catching landscapes such as salt river, a salt waterfall, several complicated salt caves and the mountain itself.

Walking around the beach gives you the chance of enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. You can relax or take pictures specially at sunset.


People & culture

Aboriginal tribes have lived in Bushehr province before Aryans conquered them. Bushehr has always traded with Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq and Spain. When permanent cities were formed other Iranian tribes from Babayan, Dehdasht, Kazeroon, Shiraz and Abadan moved and mixed with the local inhabitants and the new race built its unique culture.
