Sanandaj , The City of Music & Traditional Dance. Sanandaj, the second largest Kurdish city and the twenty-third largest city in Iran is the capital of Kurdistan Province in western Iran.

The city is located at an altitude of 1,450 to 1,538 meters above sea level in the mountainous region of Zagros and has a cold and semi-arid climate. The city is bounded on the west by Abidar Mountain, on the north by the famous Sheikh Mountain, on the south by Sirajuddin Mountain, and is spread over an area of 3688.6 hectares with 445,000 populations.

1-Zarivar Lake
